Bittium’s own products and high-end customer projects offer plenty of room to grow and test your limits as a technical pioneer. For example you can take on PA development work in one of our telecommunication base station module -projects. Other interesting domains could be Security & Defense of IoT. As a RF PA Engineer you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing and testing RF PA modules to match the end product needs. In general you will be defining requirements and transferring those into implementation. You will be working in close cooperation with our R&D teams and from time to time also directly in customer interface.

As a specific expert of your field your work will require a certain level of autonomy and independent initiative, especially when you are a professional with a higher level of experience. Working in R&D projects the teams will face inevitable trials and occasional failures; tolerating these speed bumps and working through the obstacles as a team is what engineering is all about. That is where the individual motivation turns into added value, therefore your people skills, self-awareness and motivation to be a team player are also valued highly.
Other qualifications we value:

  • experience in RF design work, mostly in telecommunication area
  • experience in RF PA design work
  • capability to develop RF PA sub module design including schematics, PWB and testing
  • experience in product development processes and base station product requirements
  • Mentor and ADS/AWR-Aplac tools knowhow
  • fluent written and spoken English
